# Runbook: DOWNLOAD_STREAMING_FAILURE (`runbook://file/download-streaming-failure`)

## Symptoms

- HTTP 503 with `error.code=DOWNLOAD_STREAMING_FAILURE`
- Streaming response truncated; backpressure or timeout (60s / 100MB limit)

## Diagnosis

- Check streaming response timeout configuration
- Review download size vs 100MB limit

## Action

- Verify storage backend is reachable
- Check for network congestion on download path

## Escalation

- Escalate to infra if storage backend is degraded
