chore(skill): publishing-tech-log-to-studio 를 1.0.1 로 올린다

산문의 사실 하나가 틀려서 고쳤다. 내용이 바뀌면 버전이 따라 움직여야 통과 판정을 그
버전에 묶을 수 있다 — 그러라고 metadata.version 을 만들었다.
