SSOT 는 NATS 가 deduplicatedPublish 를 무조건 참으로 선언하고 프로파일에 중복 제거 창이 없으면 Nats-Msg-Id 를 보내지 않으므로 서버가 중복을 제거하지 않는다고 적는다.
