Symptoms

• HTTP 503 with error.code=DOWNLOAD_STREAMING_FAILURE
• Streaming response truncated; backpressure or timeout (60s / 100MB limit)

Diagnosis

• Check streaming response timeout configuration
• Review download size vs 100MB limit

Action

• Verify storage backend is reachable
• Check for network congestion on download path

Escalation

• Escalate to infra if storage backend is degraded
